The State Department of Agriculture shall enforce the provisions of ORS 646.910 (Sale of gasoline blended with alcohol prohibited unless mixture meets federal specifications or requirements) to 646.923 (Retention of certificate of analysis) and is authorized to make any rules necessary to carry out the provisions of ORS 646.910 (Sale of gasoline blended with alcohol prohibited unless mixture meets federal specifications or requirements) to 646.923 (Retention of certificate of analysis) in accordance with the applicable provisions of ORS chapter 183.
