Loss of license or franchise by person violating injunction
Upon petition by the prosecuting attorney, the court may, in its discretion, order the dissolution or suspension or forfeiture of the license or franchise of any person who violates the terms of any injunction issued under ORS 646.632 (Enjoining unlawful trade practices). [1971 c.744 §18]
