Penalties

Subject to ORS 153.022 (Authority of agency to specify rule violation as particular level of violation), violation of any of the provisions of ORS 602.090 (Registration of bee colonies) or 602.190 (Designation of diseases), or any rule adopted pursuant thereto, is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine not exceeding $500 or imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding six months, or both.
