Location, number or designation change
- • alteration of casing
(1) The location, number or designation specified for any geothermal well in a permit issued pursuant to ORS 522.135 (Permit) shall not be changed without first obtaining written consent from the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries.
(2) No operator shall alter in any manner the casing of a geothermal well without notifying the department and obtaining its approval. [1975 c.552 §10]
