Compliance with preapplication process
- • purpose
Any person proposing to conduct a chemical process mining operation shall comply with the requirements for the preapplication process set forth in ORS 517.961 (Notice of intent to submit application) to 517.969 (Collection of baseline data). The purpose of such process shall be to identify significant issues to be addressed in the consolidated application process set forth in ORS 517.971 (Consolidated application) to 517.987 (Reclamation bond or security).
