Taking salmon for commercial purposes in coastal streams prohibited


It is unlawful to take salmon for commercial purposes from all waters inland from the mouth of all streams or tributaries thereof that empty into the Pacific Ocean south of the mouth of the Columbia River, except as provided in ORS 511.070 (Open season for chum salmon and incidental take of salmon in Tillamook Bay).
