Angling license surcharges

In addition to the fees otherwise prescribed by law, the issuer of each of the following licenses shall charge and collect each time the license is issued a surcharge of 25 cents for each of the following licenses:

(1) Resident combination license issued under ORS 497.132 (Combined licenses for residents).

(2) Resident annual angling license issued under ORS 497.121 (Angling and shellfish licenses and tags) (1)(a).

(3) Resident annual juvenile angling license issued under ORS 497.121 (Angling and shellfish licenses and tags) (1)(e).

(4) Angling license to angle for one day issued under ORS 497.121 (Angling and shellfish licenses and tags) (1)(d).

(5) Nonresident annual angling license issued under ORS 497.121 (Angling and shellfish licenses and tags) (1)(b).

(6) Nonresident angling license to angle for seven consecutive days issued under ORS 497.121 (Angling and shellfish licenses and tags) (1)(c). [1991 c.858 §15; 1993 c.619 §4; 1995 c.426 §4; 1999 c.25 §6]
