Service of process by law enforcement personnel
The persons mentioned in ORS 496.645 (Arrest without warrant of violators) have all powers and rights of a peace officer in serving warrants, subpoenas or other legal process in the enforcement of the wildlife laws. [Amended by 1971 c.658 §14; 1973 c.723 §22]
