Equitable distribution of property or proceeds
  • intergovernmental agreements

Distribution of property or proceeds in accordance with this chapter shall be made equitably and may be pursuant to intergovernmental agreement under ORS chapter 190. Intergovernmental agreements providing for such distributions and in effect July 24, 1989, shall remain valid unless changed by the parties. [1989 c.791 §12a; 1999 c.59 §151; 2001 c.780 §§13,13a]
