Residential wood heating advisory committee
(1) The Department of Environmental Quality shall establish a residential wood heating emission advisory committee to advise the Environmental Quality Commission and the Department of Environmental Quality on the implementation of ORS 468A.475 (Use of net emission reductions in airshed) and 468A.480 (Standards and certification program).
(2) The advisory committee shall consist of at least seven members who shall be appointed by the commission to represent each of the following interests:
(a) A representative of the public-at-large;
(b) A representative of the residential wood heating manufacturing industry;
(c) A representative of residential wood heating retail dealers;
(d) A representative of major stationary sources subject to the permit requirements of ORS 468A.040 (Permits);
(e) A representative of public interest organizations;
(f) A representative of local government; and
(g) A representative of the health professions. [1991 c.752 §21]
