Legislative findings

The Legislative Assembly finds that the boxing, mixed martial arts and entertainment wrestling industries in this state should be regulated in order to protect the best interests of both contestants and the public. [1987 c.789 §1; 1997 c.350 §4; 2007 c.585 §2]
