Oregon bred horse races

For the purpose of encouraging the breeding and enhancing the quality, within the state, of thoroughbred race horses, at least one race of each day’s meet shall consist exclusively of Oregon bred thoroughbred horses. [Amended by 1981 c.544 §11]
