ORS 458.350¹
Low Income Rental Housing Fund established

(1) The Housing and Community Services Department Low Income Rental Housing Fund is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned on the Housing and Community Services Department Low Income Rental Housing Fund shall be credited to the fund.

(2) The Housing and Community Services Department Low Income Rental Housing Fund shall consist of all moneys paid into the fund under the provisions of ORS 105.130 (How action conducted), any voluntary contributions made to the fund and any interest thereon.

(3) Costs of administering the program described in ORS 458.350 (Low Income Rental Housing Fund established) and 458.360 (Appropriation) shall be paid from the fund. [1989 c.916 §4; 1997 c.801 §35a]
