Authority of Department of Human Services to condition, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew radiology inspector accreditation

The Department of Human Services may condition, suspend, revoke or refuse to renew accreditation of a radiology inspector for the following reasons:

(1) Knowingly falsifying information included on the inspection report form supplied by the department.

(2) Substantially failing to comply with department procedures.

(3) Failing to meet department accuracy requirements.

(4) Such other grounds as the department may establish by rule. [1995 c.444 §10]
