License required
A license issued by the Department of Human Services is required in order to operate or maintain any residential facility for persons who have developmental, physical or psychiatric disabilities or are socially dependent or alcohol or drug dependent. In the case of a combination of residents, the category of licensure shall be determined by the Director of Human Services.
