(1) The Long Term Care Ombudsman shall prepare and distribute to each long term care facility in this state a written notice describing the procedures to follow in making a complaint, including the address and telephone number of the ombudsman and local designee, if any.
(2) The administrator of each long term care facility shall post the written notice required by this section in conspicuous places in the facility in accordance with procedures provided by the ombudsman and shall give such notice to any resident and legally appointed guardian, if any.
