ORS 431.990¹

Unless otherwise specifically provided by any other statute, failure to obey any rules relating to public health of the Department of Human Services or failure to obey any lawful written order relating to public health issued by the Director of Human Services or any district or county public health administrator is a Class A misdemeanor.
