2007 ORS 420A.021¹
Authority of Oregon Youth Authority to require fingerprints

For the purpose of requesting a state or nationwide criminal records check under ORS 181.534 (Criminal records check), the Oregon Youth Authority may require the fingerprints of a person who:

(1) Is employed or applying for employment by the youth authority; or

(2) Provides services or seeks to provide services to the youth authority as a contractor, vendor or volunteer. [2005 c.730 §61]

Note: 420A.021 (Authority of Oregon Youth Authority to require fingerprints) was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 420A or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
