Return of rule violator or bad security risk to more secure youth correction facility
Any youth offender who violates the rules and regulations relating to discipline of a camp or who appears to the Director of the Oregon Youth Authority to be a bad security risk may be returned to a more secure youth correction facility on order of the director.
