ORS 414.750¹
Authority of Legislative Assembly to authorize services for other persons

Nothing in ORS 414.036 (Policy on persons without access to health services) and 414.705 (Definitions for ORS 414.705 to 414.750) to 414.750 (Authority of Legislative Assembly to authorize services for other persons) is intended to limit the authority of the Legislative Assembly to authorize services for persons whose income exceeds 100 percent of the federal poverty level for whom federal medical assistance matching funds are available if state funds are available therefor.
