(1) The Drug Use Review Board shall operate in accordance with ORS chapter 192. The board shall annually elect a chairperson from the members of the board.

(2) Each board member is entitled to reimbursement for actual and necessary travel expenses incurred in connection with the member’s duties, pursuant to ORS 292.495 (Compensation and expenses of members of state boards and commissions).

(3) A quorum consists of eight members of the board.

(4) The board may establish advisory committees to assist in carrying out the board’s duties under ORS 414.350 (Definitions for ORS 414.350 to 414.415) to 414.415 (Contents of annual report) with approval of the Director of Human Services. [1993 c.578 §4; 2001 c.900 §103]
