ORS 414.107¹
Entitlement to mental health care and chemical dependency services

Until such time as mental health care and chemical dependency services are integrated into the Health Services Commission priority list and the integrated list is funded by the Legislative Assembly and the necessary federal waivers are obtained, persons eligible for care and treatment under this chapter shall be entitled to such care and services.
