ORS 354.990¹

Any property owner who knowingly makes any false verified declaration in order to obtain a service charge exemption under the provisions of ORS 354.690 (Liability for service charge) is guilty of unsworn falsification and upon conviction shall be punished as provided in ORS 162.085 (Unsworn falsification).
