Definitions for ORS 348.394 to 348.406
(1) "Eligible post-secondary institution" means:
(a) A state institution under the direction of the State Board of Higher Education listed in ORS 352.002 (Oregon University System);
(b) A community college as defined in ORS 341.005 (Definitions); or
(c) A generally accredited, not-for-profit institution of higher education.
(2) "Participant" means a student who receives a grant under ORS 348.401 (Grant eligibility). [2007 c.839 §21]
Note: 348.394 (Definitions for ORS 348.394 to 348.406) to 348.406 (Speech-Language Pathologist Training Fund) were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 348 or any series therein by legislative action.
