Service of papers and process

Except as otherwise provided in ORS 305.404 (Oregon Tax Court) to 305.560 (Appeals procedure generally), the mailing by registered or certified mail of any pleading, decision, order, notice or process, other than a subpoena, in respect to proceedings before the court shall be sufficient service thereof. [1961 c.533 §25]
