Action against judicial officer for failure to make certain payments

If any money described in ORS 137.295 (Categories of monetary obligations) that is payable to the Department of Revenue is not paid to the department within the time provided therein, the court or officer who collected the money shall be deemed delinquent in the payment of the money. An action may be maintained in the name of the Department of Revenue, State of Oregon, to recover the unpaid amounts with interest at the legal rate.
