Definition for ORS 274.430 to 274.520
As used in ORS 274.430 (State ownership of meandered lakes) to 274.520 (Acceptance of deed to lake bed lands as precluding any other claim), "meandered lake" means a lake wholly or partly within this state that has been meandered by the United States surveys. [1967 c.421 §131]
