Withholding certificate of election or certificate of nomination for failure to file statement
The Secretary of State, county clerk or chief city elections officer may not grant a certificate of election or certificate of nomination to any candidate until the candidate has filed the statements relating to the election that the candidate is required to file under ORS 260.057 (Electronic campaign finance filing system).
