Written loan agreements
(1) A loan made by or to a candidate or political committee must be by written agreement.
(2) A candidate or political committee shall keep a copy of any written loan agreement with the detailed accounts of the candidate or political committee required under ORS 260.055 (Accounts of contributions and expenditures).
(3) Notwithstanding ORS 260.055 (Accounts of contributions and expenditures), a candidate or political committee shall preserve a written loan agreement until the loan is repaid. [2005 c.809 §19]
