Penalties

(1) Violation of ORS 25.720 (When support assignable) (3) is a Class A violation.

(2) Violation of ORS 25.260 (Confidentiality of records) is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than 60 days, or by both.

(3) Violation of ORS 25.785 (Issuing entities to require Social Security number) (3) is a Class A misdemeanor. [1985 c.671 §52(4); 1989 c.812 §3(2); 1999 c.1051 §147; 2003 c.610 §4]
