ORS 24.330¹
Severability

If any provision of ORS 24.260 (Definitions for ORS 24.260 to 24.335) to 24.335 (Short title) or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of ORS 24.260 (Definitions for ORS 24.260 to 24.335) to 24.335 (Short title) which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS 24.260 (Definitions for ORS 24.260 to 24.335) to 24.335 (Short title) are severable.
