Determining amount in controversy in class action for purposes of appeal
The aggregate amount of the claims of all potential class members in a class action under ORCP 32 shall determine whether the amount in controversy is sufficient to satisfy the provisions of ORS 19.205 (Appealable judgments and orders) (4) for the purposes of any appeal to the Court of Appeals.
