Information concerning tax benefits of providing child care under employee benefit plan

Any state agency may provide information to employers concerning the tax benefits of providing child care, as defined in ORS 657A.250 (Definitions for ORS 657A.030 and 657A.250 to 657A.450), under an employee benefit plan. [1985 c.753 §5; 1995 c.278 §28]
