Oath and bond of superintendent and deputy

The Superintendent of State Police and the Deputy Superintendent of State Police, before assuming their duties, each shall take and subscribe an oath of office as prescribed by ORS 181.390 (Oath of members of state police) and shall be covered by a fidelity or blanket bond as provided in ORS 291.011 (Blanket fidelity bonds for state officers and personnel).
