When medical examiner is officer or employee of public body

A district medical examiner, deputy medical examiner, assistant district medical examiner or designated pathologist is deemed to be an officer or employee of a public body for purposes of ORS 30.260 (Definitions for ORS 30.260 to 30.300) to 30.300 (ORS 30.260 to 30.300 exclusive) while acting as a district medical examiner, deputy medical examiner, assistant district medical examiner or designated pathologist.
