Disposition of fines, costs and forfeited security deposits received by court

Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, all fines, costs and forfeited security deposits ordered paid in criminal actions and proceedings, as defined in ORS 131.005 (General definitions), in the circuit court shall be accounted for and distributed as provided in ORS 137.293 (All monetary obligations constitute single obligation on part of convicted person) and 137.295 (Categories of monetary obligations), as monetary obligations payable to the state.
