Construction of ORS 136.623 to 136.637

ORS 136.623 (Definitions) to 136.637 (Short title) shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law of the states which enact the Uniform Act to Secure the Attendance of Witnesses from Without a State in Criminal Proceedings. [Formerly 139.250]
