2017 ORS 2.100¹

Subject to ORS 2.111 (Departments of court), the presence of a majority of all the judges of the Supreme Court is necessary for the transaction of any business, except that less than a majority of the judges may meet and adjourn from day to day, or for the term, with the same effect as if all the judges were present.
