Fee for review
Each city and county with land use jurisdiction within a regionally significant industrial area designated by the Economic Recovery Review Council may establish a fee for review of an application for an expedited industrial land use permit. The fee must be set at a level estimated to recover the full cost of processing an application, including the cost of appeals to a referee under ORS 197.726 (Jurisdiction on appeal), based on the estimated cost of the use proposed in the application. [2011 c.564 §10]
Note: See note under 197.722 (Definitions for ORS 197.722 to 197.728).
