Restriction on establishment of park
(1) Except as provided by ORS 446.105 (Temporary parks), a mobile home or manufactured dwelling park shall not be established on land, within an urban growth boundary, which is planned or zoned for commercial or industrial use.
(2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, if no other access is available, access to a mobile home or manufactured dwelling park may be provided through a commercial or industrial zone. [1987 c.785 §6; 1989 c.648 §56]
