Definition for ORS 190.480 to 190.490
As used in ORS 190.480 (Definition for ORS 190.480 to 190.490) to 190.490 (Approval of agreement by Attorney General), “state agency” or “agency” means every state officer, board, commission, department, institution, branch or agency of state government whose costs are paid wholly or in part from funds held in the State Treasury. [1991 c.137 §1]
