Definitions for ORS 182.162 to 182.168

As used in ORS 182.162 (Definitions for ORS 182.162 to 182.168) to 182.168 (No right of action created by ORS 182.162 to 182.168):

(1) “State agency” has the meaning given that term in ORS 358.635 (Definitions for ORS 358.635 to 358.653).

(2) “Tribe” means a federally recognized Indian tribe in Oregon. [2001 c.177 §1]
