Identification of race or ethnicity on forms issued by public bodies

A form or document issued by a public body, as defined in ORS 174.109 (“Public body” defined), that asks a person to identify the person’s race or ethnicity must allow the person to select multiple races or ethnicities. [2019 c.352 §1]
