Child abuse and domestic violence training

No later than January 1 of each year, the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training, in consultation with the Board on Public Safety Standards and Training, shall submit to the Legislative Assembly, as provided in ORS 192.245 (Form of report to legislature), a report on the implementation of child abuse and domestic violence training provided by the department.
