Investigators to have authority of peace officers

Investigators employed by the Attorney General under ORS 180.320 (Cooperation with division in enforcement) to 180.365 (Child Support Suspense Fund) shall have all the authority given by statute to peace officers of this state, including the authority to serve and execute warrants of arrest. [1957 c.105 §7]
