Rights of person transferred to institution for persons with mental illness or intellectual disabilities

Persons transferred to a state institution for persons with mental illness or intellectual disabilities under ORS 179.473 (Transfers between institutions), 179.478 (Examination for intellectual disability) and 420.505 (Application by youth offender in youth correction facility for admission to hospital or facility) shall be entitled to the same legal rights as any other persons admitted to those institutions.
