“Regional correctional facility” defined

As used in ORS 169.610 (Policy) to 169.677 (Converted facilities to house felony or misdemeanant prisoners), “regional correctional facility” means a correctional facility operated pursuant to agreement as described in ORS 169.630 (Joint establishment or operation of facilities) and used to house prisoners of the parties to the agreement, such prisoners having either pretrial or post-trial status.
