Definitions for ORS 167.750 to 167.785

As used in ORS 167.750 (Definition for ORS 167.755 and 431A.175) to 167.785 (Possession of tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems by person under 18 years of age):

(1) “Inhalant delivery system” has the meaning given that term in ORS 431A.175 (Definitions).

(2) “Tobacco products” has the meaning given that term in ORS 431A.175 (Definitions). [2017 c.701 §1]

Note: 167.747 (Definitions for ORS 167.750 to 167.785) to 167.785 (Possession of tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems by person under 18 years of age) were enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but were not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 167 or any series therein by legislative action.
