Limitation on local regulation of vending machines dispensing tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems

Cities and counties by ordinance or resolution may not regulate vending machines that dispense tobacco products or inhalant delivery systems and that are in any manner accessible to minors. [1991 c.970 §3; 2015 c.158 §10]
