Evaluation of person convicted of violating ORS 167.333

Upon the conviction of a defendant for violation of ORS 167.333 (Sexual assault of an animal), the court may order a psychiatric or psychological evaluation of the defendant for inclusion in the presentence report as described in ORS 137.077 (Presentence report). [2001 c.926 §5c]

Note: 167.334 (Evaluation of person convicted of violating ORS 167.333) was enacted into law by the Legislative Assembly but was not added to or made a part of ORS chapter 167 or any series therein by legislative action. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
